You have chosen your favorite shirt model. But you may wonder about some of the following problems, we will help you.

- The shirt you choose has a white (or black) background and the design is also the same color as the background color. But if the shirt is manufactured, the design will not stand out?

Please be assured that our design team will design to make the print stand out the most. With the details that are similar to the background color, we will customize it a little to make it harmonious. However, the entire sample of the product will not be changed.

- The product only has 1 sample image. However, if you want to choose another product, the sample will be printed in what way?

Please email us immediately at email address: [email protected], send with link or product image and product type of your choice. We will create a sample image as required, then send it back to you to choose from.

- Do you have problems with payment?

Currently we accept payment via Paypal. And you can pay directly from VISA, MASTER cards via Paypal's system. Please be assured that Paypal's payment system is great. And of course, we don't keep any payment information, we only keep your purchase information.

- Do you have trouble choosing the size?

See the Size Guide above the Size selection. If you ordered the wrong size, please email us immediately before the order is manufactured. If the order has been entered into the printer, we can not change it.

- What happens if I type in the wrong address?

If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us and we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders.

- Faulty item received

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to along with your order number. If the item(s) delivered to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us. All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.
