By default, the design image will be printed on the front of the shirt, and you can keep this option. If you want to print on the back of the shirt only, please select 'Back'. If you want to print the image on both the front and back sides of the shirt, please select 'Both sides'. Note: For some personalized shirt designs, you must select "Both sides" if you want to have a custom image on the back. We will email you if we need clarification on your request.

- Do you have problems with payment?

Currently we accept payment via Paypal. And you can pay directly from VISA, MASTER cards via Paypal's system. Please be assured that Paypal's payment system is great. And of course, we don't keep any payment information, we only keep your purchase information.

- What happens if I type in the wrong address?

If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us and we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders.

- Faulty item received

If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to along with your order number. If the item(s) delivered to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us. All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.
